A favorite preacher for many, Dr. Pope is in constant demand by churches and conferences coast to coast, and spanning the globe. But, there is nowhere our Senior Pastor is more loved than here at Christchurch Baptist Fellowship.
In 2010, Dr. Pope celebrated the 29th year as our pastor and the 40th year of his preaching ministry. A ministry that is not only charactorized by faithfulness and integrity, but defined by a vibrant prayer life and a reputation for rightly dividing the Word of Truth. His compassion for the lost, and his warm friendship to our congregation is a hallmark of Christchurch Baptist Fellowship.
Dr. Pope studied for the ministry at Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana. Upon graduation, he and his wife, Barbara, spent 10 years in evangelism along with a short tenure on the faculty of Hyles-Anderson. Dr. and Mrs. Pope have been married since 1973, and have four children.

Pastor Dennis Wilkening joined our staff in 2007 as both the Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor. Equipped with years of youth ministry experience he established Impact Student Ministry; a thriving, vibrant youth group here at Christchurch Baptist Fellowship. During the past several years he has also been responsible for various administrative responsibilities, oversight our website, directing VBS, and leading our Singles Ministry activities and Thursday night Bible studies.
With the addition of a new Youth Pastor in August of 2011, Pastor Dennis assumed the singular role of Assistant Pastor. Along with continuing his administrative duties and oversight of the Singles Ministry, he will also be expanding his responsibilities in the areas of outreach and church growth. We are thankful for his many years of faithfulness and are looking forward with anticipation of how the Lord will use him in his new role as Assistant Pastor at Christchurch Baptist Fellowship.
Graduates of Pensacola Christian College, Pastor Dennis Wilkening and his wife Lori have been married since 1995 and have two homeschooled children. Pastor Dennis has also completed a Master's degree in Theology and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Christian Counseling.

Pastor Caleb Sargent joined our staff in August of 2011. Filled with an obvious love for teenagers, and a desire to see them deepen their love for God, Pastor Caleb is a welcome addition to our team. His unique ability to relate to young people, and his practical preaching have quickly endeared him to the hearts of our teens. We are excited about what the Lord has in store for Impact Student Ministry, and Christchurch Baptist Fellowship.
Pastor Caleb Sargent is a graduate of West Coast Baptist College for both his undergraduate and graduate degree. His wife, Ruthy, is a graduate of Champion Baptist College in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Victoria Lord is the Executive Secretary of Christchurch Baptist Fellowship. Her sweet spirit and friendly demeanor have been the hallmark of our church office for more than 27 years. Constantly refered to as "The Best Secretary in the World" by Dr. Pope, Mrs. Lord exemplifies the qualities of efficiency and loyalty.
Besides maintaining all reports, payroll, and correspondance for Christchurch, Mrs. Lord also handles the scheduling for Dr. Pope's meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Her tireless work is invaluable to Dr. Pope and the ministry of Christchurch Baptist Fellowship.
